Dr. Mary Haering reminds me of the red-haired girl that Charlie Brown falls in love with in the Peanuts comic strip – she is sweet, kind, sometimes quiet, and has a smile so intoxicating that it can melt even the coldest heart. However, unlike the comic strip character – Mary is REAL! Mary is one of the most genuinely good people I have ever met, and I firmly believe she seeks to find the most benevolent outcome in every situation for every person. In 2018, I was struggling with a life threatening illness that left me barely able to walk without losing my balance. The everyday tasks such as taking a shower and getting dressed, were exhausting. I could barely raise my arms up to wash my hair and I could no longer shop for groceries without help. I went to countless doctor appointments including 2 days at the Cleveland Clinic and came home with no real answers. Prior to all of this I was an avid long distance cyler, ran 4-5 miles daily,  taught yoga, and worked professionally as a physical therapist.

Through the process of elimination I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency and started medications which at the time stopped the progressive weakness. Soon after, I started seeing Dr.Haering for esoteric healing. Her energy, gentle healing presence has turned my life around. Almost 4 years later I am able to do things that I thought were lost forever. I walk 4 miles with my dogs every morning. And, I have been able to return to my love of long distance cycling.

Dr Haering is an amazing practitioner and a gift to those of us who have benefitted from her depth of knowledge and esoteric healing skills. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to work with her will feel the same!!!

I am a 29 year old woman who suffers from anxiety and depression. Mary has provided me with multiple Esoteric Healing sessions over the years.

At first I was rather skeptical of the practice. I was familiar with the ideas behind it, the way energy flows in the Universe and within the human body, how chakras exist, etc. But I wasn’t fully convinced there would be any tangible effect on me while being treated. I was still perfectly willing to try the experience. When Mary said she would begin and I might feel rather drowsy or heavy, I was internally doubtful. Sure enough, a few moments after she went in the other room to focus on me, I felt an undeniable compulsion to lay down on the couch immediately and did so. My limbs felt rather heavy and I was generally lethargic, but did not fall asleep.

Throughout the process, I felt a little warm and I focused mostly on the subtle colors swirling behind my closed eyes. The experience felt neither lengthy nor brief, like just the right amount of time. And I did feel better somehow afterward, though it is hard to explain how or why. I think it is mostly because it is reassuring and comforting to know someone would care enough to spend time and energy to focus on my health and well-being. And taking time to center myself and focus on my OWN mental health and well-being is also restorative and calming.

I definitely found the session where Mary and I were in the same house to be the most effective? But the long-distance sessions over the past year have also been nice and a welcome moment of peace during the chaos of everyday life. I would definitely recommend Esoteric Healing as something to try at least once. It may not be for everyone but I found it to be beneficial in both theory and practice. Mary is a tranquil and welcoming individual with a soothing presence and undeniable professionalism.

I have received a amazing energy work sessions with Monica with my first energy work session being over 10 years ago.  I was completely amazed at the difference in my body and all-around demeanor. I do not proclaim to understand Energy work to the fullest but what I do understand is everyone needs to try Energy work- it’s great for stress mindfulness- clarity- helps relieve aches and pains- and gives me energy… I was excited to learn Monica had the ability to give a session from anywhere even if we were not together- I received energy work when I was 5 hours away- Mind blown in amazement.

When I was asked to share my experiences with Esoteric Healing in general and my experiences with Mary Haering as my healer I was pleased (and honored.)

Since Mary herself is the one working with you in your healing I would like to start with telling you about my experiences with her.  Mary Haering has a warm and a calm nonjudgmental presence.  From the first time I met Mary I didn’t know what to expect. But after the first few minutes with her I knew that I was in a “safe and caring” space.

What brought me to wanting to try esoteric healing?  I had some undiagnosed “ailment” that was physically painful as well as a conglomeration or other symptoms. It was both physically and mentally perplexing. Since I already knew Mary from another setting when she said “I think it (esoteric healing) can help. I wanted to try it.

I had a total of 6 sessions over approximately 2 years. (Covid interrupted a lot of things including having the chance to meet with Mary in the way we had been seeing each other.

You might ask “what will happen once I come to Mary for a “session?”

Mary will greet you with her caring openness to you.  She will make sure that you feel comfortable physically.  She surrounds herself with things that bring home the message that she is an ordinary person with a genuine attitude of caring.

When the session is about to begin, she will invite you to lie down. She will make sure that you are able to relax.  She has some calming music that she will play for you. She will ask you to close your eyes, and then instruct you not to fall asleep or to meditate.  (I felt that it was a feeling of openness to the experience.)

Then Mary will slowly “sweep” you meaning that she will assess a number of centers in your body.  If she finds blockages she will free them. (probably my terms not necessarily hers.)

I’m not positive of the amount of time, but at the close of this part of the session she will ask you about your experience – what did it feel like?  Then Mary will explain what she has found while “sweeping” you.  She will then tell where she found areas that needed releasing.

What did the sessions accomplish?

In my first session I had some trouble fully relaxing, I shared that with Mary at the end of the session.  I didn’t feel anything just at that time, but Mary alerted me to ‘just notice’  over the next days.  And to my real amazement one of the areas of my body that were truly blocked became unblocked. But it was my confidence in Mary that brought me to seek another and another session.

 In about my third session I came in with energy and as I shared with Mary ‘I came with “Great Expectations.” I left that day with a sense of more energy and well being. I have the feeling that the feeling of partnership between the healer and the one wanting to be healed is some that is built upon over time.

I would want anyone thinking about esoteric healing in general and with Mary Haering in particular to give it a real thought.  When you enter this esoteric partnership you don’t have to bring any expertise to the sessions. Bring an openness and an expectation that you will do better as a result of this healing.

The Esoteric Healing session that I had with Mary was a game changer. I was in a really deep psychological funk after losing my grandmother and changing jobs and was having a really hard time functioning emotionally. I was crying every day, couldn’t get out of bed other days. It was a real low point for me so I decided to try esoteric healing to see if that might help. (Spoiler: it did!)

Mary was extremely compassionate in understanding where I was to begin the session, and I cannot explain how beautifully she was able to get me realigned spiritually.
